artsdata - freelance artist database

Artsdata is a scheme to help the local arts community stay in touch with one another. It’s a database containing details on local artists, arts groups, clubs, societies and organisations as well as venues, spaces, studios and more. The best thing is that everyone who has submitted their details to artsdata has done so for the same reason – to stay in touch at the heart of Portsmouth’s exciting arts scene.

For more information, and application forms, see the City Council website.

Art Space Portsmouth

Art Space is one of the most important organisations involved in the promotion of art in the area. It has been in existence since the early 80's and provides studio space for a variety of artists. For further details please visit the Art Space website. To view the work of the artists themselves take a trip to the members pages.
