The Aims of the FOHRC are as follows:-

• to educate the local and wider community in the knowledge and appreciation of The Cemetery through publicity, research, lecturing and related subjects
• to liaise with those having an interest in The Cemetery or in cemeteries in general, in order to protect the status of The Cemetery and to obtain and provide information and assistance to their purposes, and in particular
• to co-ordinate the activities of The Friends with the organisation having legal responsibility for The Cemetery
